BNSF Timekeeping has recently corrected errors it made in compensating our members for their travel from one Rule 38 gang to another over the weekend ("mobile to mobile"). The correct method to account for your travel between two different mobile gangs is to fill out TWO Paycode 55 forms when you get to your new gang. You will fill out one PC55 as a "Gang Shut-Down" for the end of your previous week and leaving your old gang, then you will fill out another PC55 as a "Gang Start-Up" for coming to your new assignment.
DO NOT FILL OUT THE PC55 AS A ROUND TRIP. Round Trip PC55s are for when you leave and return to the same gang.
Attached are PC55s showing what you need to fill out for a "mobile to mobile" move. If you have any questions, reach out to your local Lodge officers or your System officers.
The corrections made by BNSF Timekeeping were for Weekend Travel Allowance issues from 2017 until now. No corrections prior to 2017 will be made.
