BNSF Employees - How to donate vacation days to members in need

BNSF allows our members to donate vacation days to other members or employees in need. There is a process interested employees have to follow, however, to ensure this is done correctly.
If you would like to donate vacation days to another BNSF member or employee, you must first obtain the approval of your Supervisor. Once you have approval, fill out the Donated Time form (you can find it on the BNSF Contracts/Forms page of our website, log-in required) and fax the completed form to Timekeeping to process. Once Timekeeping processes the request, they will inform both the donating and receiving employee of adjustments in their vacation days.
