H.J. Res. 100 is the legislation that implements the tentative agreement earlier rejected by BMWED as the binding contract resolving this bargaining round. The passage of this legislation ends the bargaining dispute and prevents a legal strike. Once signed into law, the terms of the tentative agreement, side letters, and local agreements rejected earlier this year will be in effect as our new contract for members working on railroads governed under National Bargaining.
