Brothers and Sisters,

I regret to inform you that Brother Carl Joe Welte, retired member of Burlington System Division 1142, passed away on March 16, 2023.

A visitation will be held for Brother Joe on March 15, 2023, from 3:00-5:00 PM at the Colyer Funeral Home in Torrington, WY. The following day, March 16, 2023, a Rosary and Mass of Christian Burial will take place from 10:00-11:30 AM at the St. Rose Catholic Church in Torrington, WY.
