For our members covered under the Railroad Employees National Health & Welfare Plan The Behavioral Health Advocate line set up by Optum will be supported through May 31, 2020. This is a resource for members seeking mental health or substance abuse support. From the Your Track to Health website: Until May 31, 2020 (unless extended by Optum), you can access mental health and substance use care from your provider through digital or telephonic means. In other words, instead of physical office visits, mental health and substance abuse care provider services may be received via online video or chat (including video capabilities on your phone) or via a telephone call. Fixed-dollar copayments are not waived for these digital or telephone visits, so the applicable payment is required just as if it were a physical office visit. If you have questions, feel free to contact a dedicated Behavioral Care Advocate at 1-866-850-6212. https://yourtracktohealth.com/NewsPage.aspx?MenuId=366 Download: 4-27-20 CRLO - Optum Video-Telephonic Support Extension.pdf 4-28-20 YTTH OPTUM FB UPDATE.pdf |
